A Relational Layer of Clinical AI Architecture.
Bridging the 5 PM to 5 AM longitudinal gap in patient care.

We engineer AI companions that stay with your patients between visits ⌣ Abby is not a chatbot. She is a relational AI built to provide a consistent, stabilizing presence for patients — answering questions, reinforcing your clinical guidance, and alerting your team when something matters. She has one patient, one practice, and she never clocks out.
The Relational Care Framework
A voice-native, clinical-first engine designed to bridge the longitudinal gap
in patient support
Voice-Native
Abby speaks — and listens. Voice-driven interaction reduces cognitive load for patients in distress and builds the parasocial bond that drives real clinical engagement.
Bond Index™
Our proprietary metric quantifies patient trust and adherence in real time. For the first time, you can see the relational layer of care — outside your office.
Longitudinal Gap
Traditional support may end at 5 PM, but Abby doesn’t. Stabilizing Presence Theory bridges the gap between sessions, preventing anxiety spiraling and reducing unnecessary ER visits.
Full EMR Integration
Every conversation becomes structured clinical data within your current system. One screen, one login, and HITRUST-certified security. No transcription. No extra admin work.
Meet Abby™

Abby is a voice-native AI companion deployed inside your medical practice. She knows your patients, speaks in your practice’s voice, and is available 24/7. Powered by our proprietary Conversational Trust Architecture and Bond Index, Abby builds genuine relationships with patients—improving adherence, reducing staff burden, and providing EHR-native documentation written directly to the patient's chart.
Our architecture is engineered for the enterprise healthcare environment. Pathway Wellness is HITRUST Certified and HIPAA Compliant.
We maintain a zero-data-sharing policy to ensure absolute patient confidentiality and institutional security.

Behind every solution stands a dedicated team of professionals, working to achieve lasting results.
Brian Seideman
Brian is a career clinical architect with over 30 years of experience developing recovery systems for high-acuity populations. A licensed clinician, he spent a decade at the VA Hospital in San Diego, where he engineered specialized psychiatric protocols for combat veterans facing complex PTSD.
As the Founder of PWI, Brian translates these deep clinical insights into the structural foundation of Abby™. His background includes the design and implementation of proprietary substance abuse and mental health programs within the California correctional system—developing scalable recovery modules for inmates navigating extreme anxiety and depression. At PWI, Brian leads the clinical engineering infrastructure, ensuring that every interaction within the Clinical AI Architecture is grounded in the rigorous safety and compliance standards required for institutional healthcare.

Scott Seideman
Scott is a serial entrepreneur with a career-long focus on solving complex structural gaps in highly regulated industries. Before joining PWI, he built and successfully exited The Seideman Law Firm, PC, where he developed proprietary systems to manage mass tort litigation at scale. By engineering assembly-line systems to manage hundreds of thousands of clients, their data, and exacting court deadlines, he built the operational blueprint for his current work in clinical AI.
At Pathway Wellness, Inc., Scott applies this systems-first mindset to Abby™, the company's flagship Clinical AI Architecture. He is dedicated to bridging the Longitudinal Gap in patient care by deploying voice-native, relational AI that integrates seamlessly into existing EMR workflows. By combining institutional safety with Stabilizing Presence Theory, Scott is driving Pathway Wellness toward its goal of making high-fidelity emotional support a standard of clinical care.
